Be kind to yourself : Don’t bring yourself down just because you’re having a rough day.All of us go through them.That’s what makes us human.These are the days that make us stronger.
Let it out : Do you feel like crying?Screaming? Don’t be ashamed.Let it all out.You will be surprised by how much better you feel once you’re finished.
Pamper yourself : Sometimes a face mask,your favourite body scrub or lotion is all it takes to feel better.We have to take care of our body especially on those hard days.
Do something creative : Whether that’s drawing,reading poetry or writing in your bullet journal, doing something that fulfills the creative side of you is like giving yourself a reward after a hard day.
Sing it out : Blast on some upbeat/happy music.You can find tons of playlists on Spotify and Youtube that will help you cheer up and get rid of the extra weight on your shoulders.
Nature : Take your dog on a walk in the nature or just go on your own.The hustle and bustle of big cities can be exhausting.There’s always a place that you can go and get away from it for a while.
It’s just 24 hours : Remember that bad days don’t last forever.Good times are ahead of you if you look on the bright side.Don’t let a bad today ruin a good tomorrow.,
